Survivology is the science and art of human survival. It also is a yogic discipline. Everything we do, from what we eat for breakfast to creating powerful international organizations, affects our probability of survival in one way or another. Survivology is therefore seeks to find the best way of doing things in every facet of our lives. It is the art of survival at all levels of organization from the individual to the biosphere.

Report says BC's carbon tax is working
A report that came out today (July24) from Ottawa-based think tank Sustainable Prosperity says British Columbia's carbon tax has noticeably reduced the use of fossil fuels within the province while not harming the provincial economy. You can read a news summary here.

Documentary to promote income equality
My Petition For A Referendum on a Global Carbon Tax that I am promoting would not only address global warming but also global income inequality. In 2009 British researchers Richard Wilkinson and Kate Pickett published a book, "The Spirit Level: Why More Equal Societies Almost Always Do Better."
